災害後に避難所となった学校が 早期に教育を再開するための学校管理者の考え －看護活動への手がかり－

目的：災害後に避難所になった学校が早期に教育活動を再開するための学校管理者の考えを明らかにし，示唆を得ることである。方法：研究参加者は 2016 年熊本地震の際避難所になった小・中学校の管理職 5 名。半構成的面接法により，質的記述的に分析を行った。面接では避難所運営の困難点，早期学校再開のための必要事項などを確認した。結果：早期に学校再開するためには【教育者の職責として子どもたちの心身・生活を守る】【教育者の職責として教育の場を保持する】ことが必要であった。避難所運営を避難者にスムーズに移行し，教員が学校再開活動に専念するためには【他団体のすべての支援を主体的に活用する】【備えの本質は地域共同体としてのつながりである】【管理者の職責として教員の心身を守る】ことが必要であった。結論：教育者としての職責に対する考えや価値観・管理的立場での信念を看護職が理解することは，教員と共に避難所で円滑に活動を行う協働者として有用である可能性がある
